Francesco begins October in Scotland, where he gives his debut concerts with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. Conducted by the orchestra’s Music Director Thomas Søndergård, Francesco performs Beethoven’s Second Piano Concerto in Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow on 3, 5 and 6 October.
The following week, Francesco returns to Paris to perform the Ravel Piano Concerto with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France and conductor Ingo Metzmacher. The concert takes place at Paris’ Maison de la Radio and will be broadcast live on France Musique and Arté Concert.
Francesco ends the month back in Switzerland for a performance of Mozart and Strauss with the Philharmonia Zurich on 28 October.
