Highlights of the season in Europe include performances with Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, Budapest Festival Orchestra, RAI Torino, Wiener Symphoniker, Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, London Philharmonic, DSO Berlin, Radio Orchestras in Cologne and Frankfurt. Francesco works with conductors such as Manfred Honeck, Paavo Järvi, Daniele Gatti, Joana Mallwitz and performs piano concertos and concert pieces by Schumann, Mozart, Strauss, Brahms and Franck.

He also continues his Franz Schubert cycle in Wigmore Hall and Schubertiade Schwarzenberg and plays recitals and camber music in Berliner Philharmonie, Wiener Konzerthaus, Klavierfestival Ruhr, Theatre de Champs Elysées and Operá de Monte Carlo

After the travel restrictions due to the pandemic, Francesco is also happy to be able to perform in America and Asia again with Seattle Symphony, Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra and Orquestra Sinfônica do Estado de São Paulo.

His new recording with piano concertos by Ravel, Messiaen and Schönberg will be released by Pentatone in May 2022.
