Francesco performs Ravel Piano Concerto in G major in the Barbican Hall, London, on 21 April. He is joined by the BBC Symphony Orchestra and conductor Joshua Weilerstein, who is making his Barbican debut. Also featured on the programme are two new works by american composers Christopher Rouse (Rapture) and The National’s Bryce Dessner (Quilting), as well as Bernstein’s West Side Story – Symphonic Dances.
